2.1 Our company acts as an introductory agent for waste removal service providers. We have their authorisation to enter into a contract with you on their behalf. Our company will handle your booking enquiries and allocate them to a suitable provider (Provider). You will receive a confirmation email of this upon completion.
2.2 Your contract with the Provider is dependent on your agreement with the Services Terms and Conditions. You must also agree to the terms found via a website link in your received email.
2.3 The responsibility for service provision lies only with the Provider. You will be legally bound by the Services Terms and Conditions.
2.4 We will process all non-cash payments, and be your first point of contact during service provision. This is done on behalf of the Provider.
2.5 Although every effort is made to select an appropriate Provider, the responsibility for service provision is solely the Provider's.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 The content of the website, including all intellectual property, is owned by us and protected by copyright laws and treaties.
3.2 Printed copies or extracts of information taken from our website are limited to one copy, and can only be used for personal reference.
